Privacy Policy

Effective date: June 22, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Baldwin Tree LLC handles information for Lightning Numerology. This single policy applies to the app whether it is downloaded through the Apple App Store or Google Play.

Summary

Lightning Numerology is a quiz game. The app does not require a custom app account and does not ask for a custom player name. Optional leaderboard features use the platform services provided by Apple Game Center or Google Play Games Services, depending on your device and store. Skin unlock progress is stored locally on your device.

Information We Store Locally

The app stores limited unlock progress locally on your device, including unlocked skin IDs, current unlock streak progress, current unlock games progress, best streak, and total games played. This progress is used only to unlock optional visual skins inside the app.

Local unlock progress is not transmitted to the developer and is not sold. You can remove this local data by deleting the app from your device.

Information We Do Not Collect

The app itself does not collect or request:

Platform Leaderboards

The app may offer optional public leaderboards through Apple Game Center on Apple platforms and Google Play Games Services on Android. If you are signed in to the applicable platform service and use leaderboard features, the app may submit your final game score after Game Over.

Apple or Google may display your platform profile information, such as nickname, avatar, and score, according to their own privacy terms and account settings. The developer does not operate a separate leaderboard server, does not collect custom leaderboard names, and does not provide public comments, chat, or user-generated leaderboard text. Local unlock progress remains stored on your device separately from platform leaderboards.

Advertising

The app uses Google AdMob to show third-party banner ads and interstitial ads after Game Over. The app does not include rewarded ads. Users may make an optional one-time in-app purchase to remove banner and interstitial ads.

Ads are configured for non-personalized/contextual ad serving where supported. On Apple platforms, Google's publisher first-party identifier is disabled, and the app does not request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission or intentionally request access to the IDFA. The app requests and records advertising consent choices where required by law, platform rules, or Google SDK behavior. A Privacy Choices control may be made available in the app when Google indicates that users must be able to revisit those choices. Active timed gameplay is kept ad-free.

Even when non-personalized ads are used, Google may process information to deliver ads, limit fraud and abuse, cap ad frequency, measure ad performance, and comply with legal requirements. Depending on device, region, consent choices, and Google SDK behavior, this may include coarse location inferred from an IP address, device identifiers, advertising data, product interaction, crash data, performance data, other diagnostic data, IP address, and app or device information. Some data may be linked to a device or used by Google for advertising or measurement purposes. Google handles this information according to its own policies.

In-App Purchases

The optional Remove Ads purchase is processed by the store where you obtained the app: Apple through the App Store on Apple platforms, or Google through Google Play on Android. The developer does not receive or store your payment card or bank information. The app uses platform-provided transaction and entitlement information only to complete, restore, and maintain access to the purchased ad-free feature. Apple and Google handle purchase information according to their own privacy policies.

Consent and Tracking

The app is configured for non-personalized ads where supported. On Apple platforms, it does not include an App Tracking Transparency prompt or intentionally access the IDFA. Google may nevertheless use device, advertising, interaction, or technical data as described above, subject to consent choices and Google's own definitions and practices. If advertising or platform requirements change, this policy and the app's store disclosures will be updated.

Analytics

The app does not include a separate developer analytics SDK. The developer may receive aggregated information made available by app stores or ad platforms, such as basic download, crash, or ad performance reporting, subject to those platforms' policies.

Children's Privacy

The app is not directed to children under 13. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can address the issue.

Data Sharing

The developer does not sell your personal information. The app shares data only as necessary for integrated third-party advertising through Google AdMob, as described above, or as required by law.

Data Retention

Local unlock progress remains on your device until you delete the app. Third-party advertising data is retained by Google according to Google's own policies.

Your Choices

Security

The app is designed to minimize data collection. Local unlock progress is stored using standard device storage. No method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure, but the app avoids collecting account credentials or sensitive personal information.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. When changes are made, the effective date above will be updated. Continued use of the app after an updated policy is posted means you accept the updated policy.
