Email baldtreesupport@protonmail.com. Please include your device model, operating system version, whether you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play, and a short description of the issue.

Remove Ads Purchase

Remove Ads is a one-time, non-consumable purchase. If you previously purchased it, open the Remove Ads page from the dollar-sign button on the start screen and select Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple Account or Google Account that made the original purchase.

Ads

The app may display non-personalized banner ads on the Menu and Game Over screens, plus interstitial ads after Game Over. Ads do not appear during active timed gameplay. A verified Remove Ads purchase disables both ad formats.

Audio

The music button controls background music and correct or incorrect answer sounds together. Also confirm that your device volume is raised and Silent Mode is configured as desired.

Leaderboards and Unlock Progress

Public leaderboards use Apple Game Center on Apple platforms and Google Play Games Services on Android. The app does not require a custom app account or custom player name. Skin unlock progress, including unlocked skins, current unlock progress, best streak, and total games played, is stored locally on your device. Deleting the app also deletes this local progress.
